Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs and constant repetitive motion.

Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Job Summary

This position will demonstrate leadership throughout and work closely with the faculty and clinic manager to manage the clinic operations and ensure quality patient care. Duties will include coordinating staffing, training new staff and assisting with staff evaluations. The position will also be responsible for monitoring and ordering clinic supplies.

Supervisory skills, leadership skills, prioritization skills and excellent communication abilities, conflict resolution, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, coordination, customer service, account auditing, treatment planning.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience as a medical or dental assistant ( EDDA certification and/or training) and practical knowledge in a medical/dental clinic treatment planning are highly preferred.
